Dr. Ethel Otor, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC
NANNPU -GA Public Relations Officer.
Dr. Otor is a published Doctorate family nurse practitioner. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) in 2001 from North Georgia College and State University. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration in Family from Walden State University in 2017, and a Doctor of Nursing Practice with a concentration in Psychiatric Mental Health across the life span in 2021.
Dr. Otor is a transformational leader. She takes pride in delivering evidence-based practices, impacting healthcare outcomes through a holistic care approach. As the NANNPU- GA PRO, she facilitates collaborative community outreach and upholds the mission and vision of the organization.
